Cloud Support Engineer - Storage & Content Delivery

AWS is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Storage & Content Delivery to join our team in Taipei. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, focusing on cloud storage, content delivery networks, and video streaming services. You'll work with AWS services including S3, Cloudfront, SES, MediaConvert, and more.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll engage with customers ranging from startups to enterprise-level organizations, providing technical solutions and troubleshooting complex issues. The role requires excellent Mandarin proficiency and intermediate English skills, as you'll be working with both local and international customers and teams.

Your responsibilities will include diving deep into technical problems, providing expert guidance on AWS services, and collaborating with various AWS teams including Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers. You'll have opportunities to contribute to training materials, technical documentation, and participate in AWS events.
