  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from small renovations to large $100M+ facilities
  • Support construction scope review and development with internal technical teams
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications
  • Negotiate contracts with developers and General Contractors
  • Provide overall site management and coordination
  • Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Review designs for conformance to building specifications
  • Manage comprehensive budget tracking and forecasting
  • Lead negotiations with regulatory bodies and Authority Having Jurisdiction

Requirements For Construction Manager II, NACF Design and Construction

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement and labor contracts
  • Ability to travel up to 60% regionally
  • Experience as Engineer, Construction Manager, General Contractor PM, Owner's Representative, or Commercial Developer
