Data Engineer, CorpFPA

Join Amazon's Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in a unique role that provides visibility into all of Amazon's operations. As a Data Engineer, you'll be part of a team responsible for the company's enterprise-wide financial planning & analytics environment. This role combines data engineering and software development skills to build and maintain large-scale data systems.

The platform you'll work on directly impacts decision-making at the highest levels, including the CFO and finance leadership. You'll build tools that enhance productivity, improve financial accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance work-life harmony for a growing finance user base.

The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering fundamentals, including experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines. Knowledge of AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, and Lambda is a plus. You'll work with both SQL and non-relational databases, contributing to a sophisticated data infrastructure that powers critical financial operations.
