Description For EUCF PE: Site Process Engineer, EU PE Team, EU PE Team

Amazon is seeking Site Process Engineers to work in the EU Process Engineering (EU PE) team - can be hired as L5 or L6. The Site Process Engineer is an onsite position. The EU PE team is a group of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfilment Network. This team is essential to establish best in class process performance across all different direct and indirect processes, accelerate implementation of technological advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work on Back to Basics (B2B) initiatives identifying top opportunities in the FC
  • Drive continuous improvement with the FC
  • Own the deployment of EU network initiatives
  • Partner with FC Operations
  • Support or lead EU Projects
  • During Q4, deploy to the site management operational team

The role requires a degree from an accredited institution, fluency in English and German (C1 level), experience in Operations as Area Manager or comparable experience, and high proficiency of technical knowledge of at least one Fulfillment process path.

Preferred qualifications include strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, knowledge of change management and continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves 0-10% domestic and regional travel.
