Description For Front-End Engineer, Amazon Connect (AWS)

Amazon Connect is a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center service within AWS that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. As a Front End Engineer on the Amazon Connect team, you'll:

  • Own code end-to-end from design to development
  • Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
  • Build solutions using modern web technologies, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, and Big Data
  • Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning and daily standups
  • Contribute feature code and conduct code reviews
  • Communicate project statuses and participate in reviews with UX, PM, and Engineering stakeholders
