Front End Engineer II, IN Payments

Amazon Payment Navigation and Discovery team at Amazon India Development Center, Hyderabad is seeking a Front End Engineer to help design and build their next-generation Payments platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team building a strategic business from the ground up.

The role involves working on a diverse technology stack including SOA, UI frameworks, Android and iOS. You'll be coding on key pages of the new Payments stack, building features and improving business metrics. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software for the Amazon Pay Discovery and navigation team
• Write maintainable and scalable code as part of an agile engineering team
• Collaborate with stakeholders on customer-centric software development
• Apply computer science principles to solve moderate-scale problems
• Enhance testability, operational excellence, and documentation
• Participate in code reviews and debugging
• Handle data classification and management
• Provide mentorship and participate in interviews
