Front-End Engineer, Ring

Ring, an Amazon company founded in 2013, is revolutionizing home security with their innovative smart home security products. As a Front-End Engineer at Ring, you'll be at the forefront of making neighborhoods safer by developing user interfaces that help customers make informed purchase decisions.

Your role will involve building critical customer-facing interfaces including automated recommendations, knowledge base systems, and support tools for Ring Call Service. You'll be creating a unified platform that enhances customer experience by providing product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and DIY support.

The technical environment is modern and cloud-focused, with your solutions leveraging AWS backend services. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including micro-frontends and serverless micro-services, while ensuring all implementations follow the AWS Well Architected Framework. The position offers the opportunity to work with both frontend and backend technologies, giving you a full-stack perspective.

Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and fellow engineers in a Scrum team. The role includes participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to deployment and support. You'll be expected to maintain high standards in UI development and contribute to the team's success through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and on-call support duties.
