The position requires a seasoned professional with 14+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of people management across multiple locations.   • Manage IT support across locations and handle customer connectivity end to end
  • Lead onsite team of engineers and provide necessary business support
  • Schedule engineer shifts according to business work schedule and projects
  • Manage and track IT Budget and expenditure
  • Coordinate trouble tickets and change management to meet SLAs
  • Develop and manage IT budget through its lifecycle
  • Lead IT support team assisting with hardware and software issues
  • Ensure troubleshooting follows Amazon policies and guidelines
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT team processes and initiatives

Linux
