Amazon Robotics is seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed System Development Engineer to join their Global Robotics Delivery team. This role combines software development expertise with supply chain technology, specifically focusing on the Kinaxis platform implementation and optimization.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics and supply chain planning, where you'll be responsible for configuring and customizing the Kinaxis platform to meet Amazon Robotics' specific requirements. You'll be developing complex workflows, implementing business rules, and creating integrations to automate and optimize supply chain processes.

As a Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse Developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and upgrades while monitoring platform performance and implementing optimization strategies. Responsibilities For Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse Developer, Quality Technology & Strategy

  • Configure and customize the Kinaxis platform for Amazon Robotics' supply chain and operations
  • Develop and implement complex Kinaxis workflows, business rules, and integrations
  • Collaborate with Kinaxis development team to extend platform capabilities
  • Monitor platform performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Develop user guides and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

Requirements For Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse Developer, Quality Technology & Strategy

  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 3+ years of designing or architecting systems experience
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro hands-on configuration and development experience
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts
  • Experience with industry leading ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle EBS)
