AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Network Development Engineer to join their Backbone Enterprise and Regional Engineering (BERE) team within the Global Connectivity and Network Availability (GCNA) Organization. This role combines network engineering with Unix systems expertise to build and maintain one of the world's largest networks supporting AWS services worldwide.
The position involves deploying and scaling network infrastructure across multiple global datacenters, supporting critical services including Amazon Retail, Kindle, Payments, and various AWS offerings.
