Optical Network Dev Engineer, DCNE

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This team keeps the cloud running by supporting all AWS data centers, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. As an Optical Network Development Engineer, you'll join a diverse team working on challenging infrastructure problems that impact thousands of variables in the supply chain.

The role involves building and operating global DWDM networks, scaling designs to meet customer demand, and creating processes for network operations. You'll work closely with other networking departments, ensure adherence to network standards, and drive operational excellence projects to improve network quality and reliability.
