The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,800 to $212,800 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.

The role requires a strong background in ASIC physical design and methodology development, with at least 3 years of experience in developing design methodology or CAD flows for advanced technology nodes. You should be proficient in scripting languages like TCL, Perl, and Python, and have a deep understanding of physical design flows and methodologies including synthesis, place and route, STA, and formal verification.

Join AWS's hardware development team and be part of building the future of cloud computing and machine learning acceleration.
