As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring software quality for Amazon.in's shopping experience, with particular emphasis on mobile applications, payments, and e-commerce website development. You'll work with Principal Engineers to evolve product design and architecture while setting and maintaining high software quality standards.
The role involves testing applications that directly impact Amazon.in's business, owning quality for critical system components, and managing project plans and delivery commitments. You'll also contribute to reducing latency by optimizing network performance and adapting UX based on bandwidth considerations.
