Responsibilities For Salesforce Engineer - Field Service, Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations
- Work with product managers to design and architect business workflows for quote management, contract management, order management and order orchestration
- Produce design artifacts including system architecture, solution design documents, data models
- Implement solutions using technologies such as APEX, Field Service Management, Service Cloud, Order Management
- Deploy solutions using technologies DevOps and enterprise security best practices
- Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership
- Design, develop, and review Apex code to support complex business logic and integrations
- Oversee and Mentor entry level and mid-level engineers
Requirements For Salesforce Engineer - Field Service, Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of experience with CPQ or Order Management and Order Orchestration
- Knowledge and experience of deploying solutions using deployment technologies such as SFDX, Copado and Gearset
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git
- 2+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs
- 2+ years of designing or architecting of new and existing systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
