Description For SDE-II, Alexa Sensitive Content & Intelligence

Join Amazon's Alexa Sensitive Content Intelligence team, where we protect customers from exposure to sensitive content and enhance trust in Alexa across all languages, locales, devices, and modalities. Our team leverages cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, natural language understanding, machine learning, and big data to identify and manage sensitive content in real-time.

We're a highly collaborative, fast-moving team working on tier-1 services that enable engaging conversational experiences with Alexa, both in classic and LLM-based environments. Our mission is to delight customers with trusted content across devices and expand our services across functional and business domains.

As an SDE-II, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex, cross-functional applications supporting Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based services. You'll work closely with Scientists, Engineers, and Product managers to influence feature design and create high-performance, low-latency solutions that meet customer expectations.

  • Own feature enhancements end to end
