Responsibilities For Security Engineer, IoT Threat Detection
- Research, identify, and prioritize security problems that can be detected using automation
- Develop detection prototypes for security problems
- Design and develop threat models for IoT systems
- Identify opportunities to prevent security issues at scale
- Build and manage services that detect and automate mitigation of cybersecurity threats
Requirements For Security Engineer, IoT Threat Detection
- 3+ years of experience performing security investigations, detection engineering, threat hunting, and/or incident response
- Understanding of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors
- Knowledge of host and network telemetry data
- Understanding of network and web related protocols
- Ability to develop code with Python or similar modern language
