As a Senior ATE Development Engineer in the Silicon & Systems team, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative production software solutions for phased array antennas in LEO satellites and ground terminal products. This role combines hardware and software expertise, focusing on creating modular, device-agnostic test libraries for high-volume production of mm-wave ICs.
