Project Kuiper, an Amazon initiative, is revolutionizing global connectivity through a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites. As a Senior ATE Development Engineer in the Silicon & Systems team, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative production software solutions for phased array antennas in LEO satellites and ground terminal products. This role combines hardware and software expertise, focusing on creating modular, device-agnostic test libraries for high-volume production of mm-wave ICs.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge satellite technology while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and third-party vendors. You'll be responsible for developing ATE test programs, generating data analytics, and ensuring product performance meets rigorous standards. The role requires expertise in RF validation engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, and test automation.

  • Design and develop scalable, reusable ATE software libraries
  • Implement and optimize RF, digital, and high-speed interface test routines
  • Participate in embedded code integration for built-in self-tests
  • Create modular test libraries for mm-wave System-on-Chips
  • Focus on test time reduction while maintaining data integrity
  • Define work flows for ATE software version control
  • Support global production teams with troubleshooting
