The position is available in any of Amazon's core EU5 offices: London, Paris, Munich, Madrid, or Milan. You'll be part of a technical team of five experts driving data innovation across Amazon's European stores, working on two key charters: Marketing Analytics and Customer Experience (CX) & Item Data Quality (IDQ).
Your responsibilities will include conducting deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, developing personalization strategies, and creating automated reporting solutions. You'll work with large-scale data using SQL, Python, and AWS tools to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. The role involves close collaboration with product managers and leadership teams to translate data into actionable improvements for the shopping experience.
