Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, EU Ops Sustainability & Packaging

Amazon's EU Ops Sustainability & Packaging team is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join their On-The-Road Sustainability team. This role is crucial in achieving key sustainability goals through data-driven solutions and impact tracking across the organization. The position involves collaboration with senior leaders across multiple teams including Worldwide Sustainability, technology teams, operations, and business intelligence.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for extracting and manipulating large-scale data to gather insights, working with multiple data sources to compile actionable information. You'll lead the development of a portfolio of tools and reporting systems to accomplish business team's goals, while becoming deeply familiar with all aspects of Operations Sustainability.

The role requires expertise in data analysis, AWS technologies, and programming skills particularly in Python and SQL. You'll be working with large (multi-TB) datasets, applying statistical analysis, and using visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight to communicate insights effectively.
