The Kuiper Intelligence Data Services (KIDS) team is at the forefront of building enterprise-grade data platforms that combine data lake and mesh architectures using cutting-edge AWS data services.
As a Senior Data Engineer on the KIDS team, you'll be instrumental in architecting and maintaining the organization's central data platform, DataHive, which serves as the single source of truth across the company. You'll work closely with diverse teams spanning hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, launch, facilities, finance, compliance, and HR to implement sophisticated data architectures supporting various analytics use cases.
The role demands expertise in AWS data services and experience with enterprise-scale data architectures. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing data ingestion processes that provide crucial insights into business health, forming the foundation for data-driven decision-making. This position requires U.S. citizenship due to export control requirements related to the nature of the work. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $139,100 to $240,500 per year based on geographic location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.
