Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer - Sensor & Compute, Amazon Robotics

Amazon Robotics is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead the research and development of next-generation sensor and compute technology in robotics. This role is part of a cross-disciplinary team focused on enabling broad use cases of sensor technology in Amazon's Fulfillment network.

The role involves full-stack development from device drivers to applications, system architecture design, and partnership with hardware teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities include evaluating sensor technologies, defining system requirements, creating test plans, and guiding products from conception to deployment. You'll work with various sensor types including cameras, time-of-flight sensors, Radar, and Lidar, while mentoring team members and driving multiple projects.
