AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. As a Server Engineer in Data Center Operations, you will be responsible for the on-site management of hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers working to maintain the world's largest Computing Infrastructure.
Your role involves hands-on work with data center infrastructure equipment including racks, servers, networking devices, hardware components, and cables. You'll work in a systematic ticket-based environment, performing routine operations, hardware maintenance, and problem resolution. The position requires strong troubleshooting abilities and participation in rotating shifts.

The role operates on a 4-days-on/3-days-off schedule with 10-hour shifts (including 1-hour break). Shift times vary between 8:00-18:00, 12:00-22:00, and 21:45-08:15.
