As a Simulation Engineer in the RMTO Process Engineering team, you'll create high-fidelity virtual environments that mirror real-world operations using plant simulation and process simulation software. Through detailed discrete-event modeling, you'll analyze production capacity, optimize facility layouts, and validate material flows to drive plant-level decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
