Site reliability/Devops/Platform Engineer, Managed Operations

AWS is launching its first European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), a groundbreaking initiative in Utility Computing. This role is part of the AWS Managed Operations team, focusing on building and leading operations for high-availability AWS services like EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock specifically for EU customers. The position involves working with the global AWS teams to shape the future of AWS services while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

As a Site Reliability/DevOps/Platform Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of operating and improving one of the largest software systems in the world. Your responsibilities include reviewing operational health, executing planned changes, resolving operational issues, and developing automation tools to improve efficiency. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and collaboration with technology leaders across AWS.
