The position sits within the AWS User Experience Products & Platform team, which owns critical products like the AWS Management Console, AWS Console Mobile App, AWS Chatbot, and the User Experience Platform. This platform is utilized by 200+ AWS service teams to develop and deliver user experiences across multiple channels including web, mobile, and chat interfaces.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes UX Research, UX Design, User Insights & Analytics, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing specialists. The role offers unique opportunities to solve complex technical challenges while creating intuitive user experiences for a diverse global user base.
