Software Dev Engineer II

Join Amazon's Delivery Experience (DEX) team as a Software Dev Engineer II, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping how millions of customers interact with Amazon's delivery options and Prime benefits. The role is within the Prime Delivery Experience Charter, which manages the globally recognized Prime badge system that generates trillions of impressions worldwide.

The team operates critical Tier-1 and Tier-2 CX services that power the Prime badge across Amazon's entire retail technology stack, including Search, Detail, Cart, and Checkout pages. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining systems that handle hundreds of billions of monthly Prime badge impressions globally, ensuring customers understand delivery options, Prime benefits, and shipping speeds.

As an SDE II, you'll work in an inclusive, collaborative environment alongside fellow engineers, TPMs, and PMs to deliver high-impact solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing full-stack solutions, ensuring system scalability, and maintaining operational excellence.
