Software Dev Engineer II, ESTech

Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their team responsible for building and running Amazon's human capital management technology and business applications. This role focuses on creating seamless employee experiences for managing professional and personal life events. You'll be working on innovative solutions to anticipate and understand employee needs, building new capabilities, and creating simple-to-use experiences that resolve issues with minimal effort.

The position involves developing shared services and core building blocks that other teams can utilize to create comprehensive experiences. You'll be responsible for driving the technological vision, making strategic trade-off decisions, and balancing long-term goals with immediate impact. As a mentor, you'll coach peers on engineering excellence and leadership principles while championing diversity and inclusion.
