Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to revolutionize global connectivity through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of global telecommunications as a Software Development Engineer within the Project Kuiper team. You'll be responsible for developing critical software applications and services that will power this advanced global telecom service.

The position focuses on leading the design, architecture, and implementation of services crucial for Kuiper's international scaling. You'll work on essential aspects of the business and customer lifecycle for global ISP services, including international expansion strategies, fraud prevention mechanisms, policy and compliance frameworks, and data analytics systems.

  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee due to export control laws
