Software Dev Engineer, Sable

Sable is a critical infrastructure team at Amazon that provides data storage & computation solutions for eCommerce services. The platform offers high performance, throughput, and availability to serve various customer-facing commerce use cases. The team is building a massively scalable, high performance, reliable and cost-effective data-centric platform that integrates different storage & caching technologies and provides pre-compute, on-demand compute, query and search functionality.

As a Software Dev Engineer, you'll be working on complex distributed systems that directly impact thousands of internal Amazon teams while extending solutions to new emerging Amazon businesses. The role requires strong technical skills in building high-performance client/server architectures that scale. You'll be part of a team that focuses on enabling businesses to manage data at scale while liberating application developers from managing their storage & compute needs.
