Description For Software Developer Engineer II, Transportation Financial Services

Join Amazon's Transportation Financial Systems Payments team (TFS-Payments) to build robust financial solutions at scale. This role focuses on developing payment systems for handling invoices from and to external parties, creating compliant and timely third-party and self-billed payments solutions. The team is building core architecture to expand global reach, provide transparent customer experiences, and drive business impact.

As an SDE II, you'll work on large-scale FinTech applications using Java, Python, and ReactJS, leveraging AWS services including S3, DDB, EC2, and Cloudwatch. The role involves designing, developing, performing service integrations, and supporting architectural migrations while continuously improving customer experience.

The team's vision includes driving deeper integrations, streamlining operations, and unlocking new revenue opportunities over the next three years. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with senior engineers, solving complex technical problems while maintaining high standards.
