As part of the Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) organization, you'll be responsible for critical touchpoints including homepages, search functionality, and global navigation, serving a diverse workforce of 1.2M associates and 400K corporate employees. The platform processes 3.9B annual interactions, making it essential to Amazonians' daily work lives - from managing schedules and pay to accessing benefits and career resources.

You'll collaborate with product and design partners to create intuitive user experiences, solve complex technical challenges, and build scalable solutions that impact millions of users. The role involves working with both mobile and backend technologies, ensuring high performance and reliability while maintaining operational excellence.
