Software Development Engineer, AWS Billing & Procurement Experience

As a Software Development Engineer in the AWS Billing & Procurement Experience team, you'll be building and enhancing customer-facing billing capabilities that transform complex usage data into clear, actionable insights. The team processes millions of pricing and usage events per second to provide accurate, timely billing information to AWS customers.

You'll work with advanced AWS technologies including Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda to develop solutions that directly impact millions of AWS customers. The role involves tackling architectural challenges in processing and presenting complex billing data for diverse customer needs. You'll be empowered to innovate on behalf of customers, make critical decisions, and develop elegant solutions for complicated billing scenarios.

The position offers opportunities to work on projects ranging from real-time billing data processing to developing new features that enhance billing transparency and cost optimization capabilities. As part of AWS Utility Computing (UC), you'll support development and management of core AWS services including Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps.

This role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $114,800-$191,800 per year, plus equity and other benefits.
