Software Development Engineer, AWS FSx for Windows

AWS FSx is a fast-growing managed file system service within Amazon Web Services, offering customers their choice of file system with enterprise-grade quality, reliability, and AWS scale. The role is specifically focused on the FSx for Windows team, which is part of AWS Utility Computing (UC) organization. UC is responsible for foundational AWS services like S3 and EC2, along with continuous innovation in cloud services.

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you'll be working with cutting-edge serverless and virtualization technologies to build distributed systems at AWS scale. The team tackles complex challenges across operating system, storage, and networking layers to support diverse customer workloads from AI/ML to EDA, Media & Entertainment to HPC, and enterprise IT.

The position offers opportunities to work with cross-disciplinary teams, design and implement innovative solutions, and contribute to fundamental industry changes. You'll be building infrastructure-as-code for global deployment and creating automation systems for monitoring at unprecedented scale.
