Software Development Engineer, AWS Global Services Security

As a Software Development Engineer in the GSS Engineering team, you will:

• Be part of building and launching new AWS services with massive impact
• Work on highly available, secure, scalable, distributed and event-driven systems
• Contribute to system architecture, implementation, and testing
• Collaborate with teams across AWS to design and deliver security solutions
• Partner with Product Management and UX Designer to create user stories and roadmaps
• Coach and mentor team members to support their growth

The GSS Engineering team is distributed across several development centers, primarily in the US and globally. The team drives AWS's security growth initiatives with a vision to secure the world's workloads. They work closely with customers and partners to develop security solutions that enable service teams to deliver the right products and features.
