Amazon's Concessions Abuse Prevention (CAP) team is seeking a Software Development Engineer to enhance and secure Amazon's customer service processes. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to maintain exceptional customer experience while protecting Amazon's business from potential misuse. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS to build sophisticated systems that balance customer satisfaction with business protection.

The position offers a collaborative environment where you'll work with experienced Amazonians to design and implement solutions for complex problems.
