Software Development Engineer, FireTV Partner Integration, FTVX Team (Partner Integration)

Join Amazon's Fire TV core experiences team as a Software Development Engineer to make a significant impact on millions of customers globally. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing products that enable video service partners (including Prime Video Channels, IMDb TV, Twitch) to surface and promote content as part of Fire TV customer experiences. The role involves working with multiple complex systems, from backend cloud services using AWS DynamoDB and S3 to Android application development using Java/Kotlin and Rust. You'll improve partner onboarding experiences, reduce unnecessary contact points, increase developer confidence, and optimize onboarding time. The position offers opportunities to build applications from the ground up with vertical ownership in the software stack. You'll collaborate with product management, document and review architectural designs, and drive continuous improvements while proactively addressing technical challenges.
