Software Development Engineer II, Alexa Connected Devices

Join Amazon's Alexa Connected Devices team to shape the future of how Alexa-enabled devices connect with Alexa Cloud. This role is part of the Alexa Connectivity teams, whose mission is to deliver low latency, low cost, highly reliable, and scalable connectivity between Alexa enabled devices and Alexa Cloud. The team handles tens of billions of transactions per day and is responsible for improving speed and reliability experienced by end customers when interacting with Alexa devices.

As a Software Development Engineer II, you'll work on Tier-1 Connectivity services for Alexa Cloud, building features that enable seamless connectivity between Echo devices, Smart Home products, and the Alexa ecosystem. You'll be involved in optimizing software libraries, leading development standards, and working in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality services.

This is a highly visible role where you'll get to work in the inception phase, build new features, and operate a tier-1 Cloud Service.
