Software Development Engineer II - Alexa Customers & Devices

The Amazon Device Services organization is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their team focused on building cross-platform software for device management and supply chain operations. This role is part of the Alexa Customers and Technologies (ACT) organization, which is dedicated to making Alexa a trusted AI companion. The position involves working on critical systems that enable Device Operations and Supply Chain end-to-end, from product design through production, shipment, returns, and repairs.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to build full-stack solutions for internal customers, including Forward and Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations, and Finance teams. The team is embarking on a journey to reinvent the supply chain with end-to-end network optimization and data-driven, self-learning platforms. As a leader in the engineering group, you'll contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of supply chain applications.

Working in an agile environment, you'll participate in daily stand-ups, interact with end users and product managers, mentor junior developers, and focus on engineering excellence. The compensation is competitive, ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 based on geographic location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
