Description For Software Development Engineer II, Amazon Customer Service

Amazon's Customer Service organization is seeking experienced software development engineers to join their Product and Tech team. This role focuses on expanding the software engineering team to drive automation and defect reduction for customers. As an SDE II, you'll be responsible for delivering technical changes across various projects including WhatsApp notifications, Your Orders, Progress Tracker, and Returns systems.
