We are part of the India & Emerging Stores Customer Fulfilment Experience Org, specifically the IES NCRC (Net Cost of Refunds and Concessions) team. Our mission is to address unique customer requirements and reduce the increasing costs/abuse associated with returns and rejects for Emerging Stores. We implement technical solutions to reduce the net cost of concessions/refunds, including addressing buyer and seller abuse, transportation costs, and operational costs at return centers.
The role involves building new system capabilities for strategic business initiatives using state-of-the-art technologies including AWS OpenSearch, Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, and Neptune. You'll work on ML-based solutions ranging from regression-based (XgBoost) to deep-learning models (RNN, CNN) using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
As an SDE II, you'll have the opportunity to transform billions of lives through technical innovation, working in a high-performance agile ecosystem where engineers frequently connect with end customers.
