Description For Software Development Engineer III, Amazon Customer Service

Amazon's Customer Service organization is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their expanding software engineering team. This role focuses on driving automation and defect reduction initiatives to enhance customer experience. As part of the Amazon Stores Customer Service (ASCS) Product and Tech team, you'll lead technical implementations across a diverse project portfolio, including innovative solutions for image/media analysis and customer communications systems.

  • Experience with build processes, testing, and operations
