Join Amazon's India Consumer Business (ICB) Technology team as a Software Development Engineer in the India Accounting Engineering Team. This role focuses on building and scaling critical financial systems for Amazon's rapidly growing Indian marketplace. You'll work on developing configuration-driven platforms that automate financial and accounting processes, handling millions of daily transactions in a complex regulatory environment.

The team is responsible for building systems that manage financial event processing and accounting automation for Amazon India and Emerging Markets. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including AWS and EC2, developing highly scalable solutions that operate across multiple geographies with unique accounting requirements.

As an engineer, you'll collaborate with high-performing team members to build, scale, monitor, and optimize platforms that process business and financial events. You'll interact with various teams including Fulfillment Services, Fees, Taxes, Retail Systems, Marketplace Systems, and Financial Systems.
