Software Development Engineer, Merch on Demand

Merch on Demand is an innovative division within Amazon that provides a make-on-demand platform for creating, publishing, promoting, and selling merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other products. As a Software Development Engineer in the Merch Fulfillment Technologies team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the Warehouse Management System that powers production centers across North America, Europe, and Japan.

The role involves working with end-to-end multi-tier software systems and requires someone who can think architecturally while balancing service integration with operational excellence. You'll be responsible for handling all aspects of inventory management, order/shipment orchestration, and production management within Production Centers worldwide.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical benefits.
