The Amazon Device Manager (ADM) Software Engineering team is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join their mission-critical operations. This role focuses on developing and maintaining systems that manage Amazon's vast fleet of end-user client devices, including scanners and tablets, which are essential for hundreds of thousands of Amazon associates in their delivery operations.

The position involves working on innovative solutions to improve speed, scale, and efficiency in device management. You'll be part of a team that's automating device provisioning, developing testing frameworks, and enhancing device reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decisions with global impact. The team builds AWS-based services that enable Amazon's software, systems, and operations teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies in their facilities.

As an SDE-II, you'll collaborate with highly talented engineers in the Seattle/Bellevue location to develop mobile device management solutions on Android and AWS. Your responsibilities include raising the technical bar for design and code quality, working on product features from requirements gathering through implementation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver new MDM product features.

The role requires strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and a passion for creating maintainable, high-quality software with robust automated testing.
