Software Development Engineer, Seller Fulfillment Services

Amazon's Merchant Technologies group is seeking a Software Development Engineer for the Seller Fulfillment Performance team. This team builds real-time performance management products that serve as a one-stop shop for fulfillment programs across Amazon, including Seller Fulfilled Prime and larger 3P Seller business.

The role involves building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems that support self-service onboarding of new programs and metrics, while monitoring fulfillment activity, predicting performance, and taking proactive actions on seller performance issues. You'll be working on backend data pipelines, system workflows, user interfaces, and service layer applications that will be used by hundreds of internal users and tens of thousands of sellers worldwide.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop large-scale distributed systems
• Collaborate with team members on design approaches and prototype new technologies
• Mentor other SDEs and provide technical guidance
• Maintain high quality standards through design reviews and robust engineering practices
• Work closely with business and product partners
