As a Software Engineer in the Kuiper Field Services team, you'll be working on critical systems that enable customer antenna installations for Kuiper internet access. The Field Services Management (FSM) systems handle various crucial aspects including technician hiring, training and onboarding, territory management, scheduling and dispatch, workforce management, and integration with Kuiper's customer-facing applications.
The role is part of the Software and Networking organization, responsible for all software, services, and infrastructure needed to securely operate the Kuiper satellite constellation, manage ground infrastructure, and deliver highly available network services globally.
