Job Description

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Management Business Intelligence (BI) team drives data excellence, providing data reporting, visualization, automation, and insights for the AWS Partner Organization (APO). We enable APO's data-driven culture, build data automation solutions, and accelerate AWS revenue growth and partner profitability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Combine technical and analytical skills with business acumen to shape internal BI product roadmap and promote best practices.
  • Navigate ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and deliver BI solutions.
  • Create mechanisms and establish best practices for data standardization.
  • Work with business leaders to identify needs and deliver reporting, analytics, and insights solutions.
  • Create source-of-truth datasets using SQL and leverage Python for automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations using tools like Amazon Quicksight.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in statistics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and/or AWS Services (e.g., Redshift, S3)
