Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer, Alexa International

The Alexa International team at Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on measuring and analyzing customer engagement and satisfaction across the Alexa International organization. The position requires a strong foundation in SQL/ETL, data manipulation, and visualization tools like Tableau, along with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

The role sits within the Alexa International BI team, which supports all data, analytical, and reporting requests from EMEA Country teams. You'll work closely with business stakeholders across EMEA, Alexa central BI/DE teams, Alexa Domain BI teams, and Device BI teams. This position offers the opportunity to impact Amazon's voice technology division while working with large-scale, complex datasets.
