Sr Embedded Software Engineer, Amazon Devices - Connectivity SW

Amazon Lab126, established in 2004 as an Amazon.com subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer for their Connectivity Software team. This role focuses on Zigbee/Thread technology across Amazon's device ecosystem, including Kindle, Fire TV, Echo, and IoT Smart Home solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge consumer electronics, developing connectivity solutions that span from application level to low-level wireless controller algorithms.

The ideal candidate will join a team responsible for delivering feature-rich, high-performance, low-power connectivity platforms. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. The role is available in multiple locations including Austin, TX, Sunnyvale, CA, and Irvine, CA, with the majority of Zigbee/Thread Engineering roles based in Austin.
