The Sr. Customer Market Insight Manager role plays a critical role in realising our missions, it is like a in-house business consultant with customer analysis speciality. Areas of responsibility include identifying and prioritising top business problems to solve through research. It is essential to translate the customer insights from Quantitative and Qualitative customer data into actionable next steps and engage with various marketing or product teams to further improve/accelerate our programs.
